Shipping Time: We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the U.S. and 7-10 business days for international orders.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
International Shipping: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns: All wigs and extensions from Red Carpet Strands are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene and quality assurance, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Refund Policy:
All sales at Red Carpet Strands are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted due to processing.
Custom wig orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Custom Orders:
For custom wig orders, please allow additional time for production. Custom wigs are tailored to your specifications, including hair length, color, and texture. Once a custom order is placed, we will confirm the details with you before production begins.
